Hustla Mentality does not do refunds!

For Hustle Gear and Framed 16x20 Art

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. First, contact us (Hustla Mentality) and let us know exactly what the issue is. Then, return the purchased item and a replacement will be sent promptly.

For Tufted Rugs

There are absolutely no returns.refunds for tufted rugs.

For Live Entertainment Events

(Paint Party, Karaoke, Photo Booth, Live Band)

If event is cancelled, customer will not receive their deposit back. Customer will have the opportunity to reschedule the event for a later date (depending on availability), but this opportunity is only available one time. If the next event gets cancelled, customer completely forfeits the deposit.
